Once a spot is no longer part of a current playlist, some files may need to be saved offsite for future use. DisplayCorps will backup and store all production files for a minimum of one year following the spot kill date.

Creative Consulting

For creative people developing content for your displays, we will publish your production guidelines and assist in answering questions regarding file formats and delivery specifications.

Agency Coordination

We will handle all of the coordination and questions from advertisers regarding the delivery, timing, production, scheduling and airdate information.

Asset Collection

DisplayCorps can manage ad agency and brand relationships and facilitate digital asset collection via dedicated project managers and a suite of online tools.

Quality Assurance

We will test and review all spots (length, quality, tone, or client specific criteria) to ensure each file is fully compatible with your system prior to uploading.

File Upload / Ingest

DisplayCorps will upload and confirm content arrival to your playback system.

Our content managers can coordinate with the client to create playlists based on your custom programming strategy, 3rd party advertising commitments, and business and marketing goals.

Playlist Preparation

DisplayCorps will create new schedules for playback on the your system based on approved playlists. All schedules will be uploaded and fully tested prior to going live to minimize the potential for system errors due to scheduling conflicts.

Scheduling Updates

Each month, or as necessary, DisplayCorps will generate proof-of-play reports for our clients. These electronic affidavits are necessary for ad agencies to pay their invoices. Additionally, we may generate sign system performance reports for the client’s operations logs.
